Social Media Manager

You should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report to Content Manager & CEO
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO (keywords like hashtags) and web traffic analytics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like Content, Brand Ambass., and Customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Analytics

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the CEO.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our company and promote our products and services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Post about our products/services online (e.g. social media)
  • Create, share and respond to online reviews
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
  • Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
  • Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Marketing department
  • Assist in organizing marketing events with our Content Manager
  • Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
  • Provide feedback to the company staff regarding customers’ requests
  • Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador (or similar role with a brand)
  • Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
  • Experience creating online content

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage large amounts of direct messages
  • Generate sales leads (pitch’s)
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media, like Tweet Deck
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process affiliate/sponsorship applications
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

 

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, to overall enhance brand awareness. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Schedule projects
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

We are looking for a Tournaments Manager to create fun, professional and competitive gaming events in tournament and league format.

 

Responsibilities

  • Launch a tournament and/or league represented by the brand
  • Use Battlefy or Challonge (or similar software) to manage brackets
  • Keep track of all contestant inquiries, such as proof and disputes
  • Recruit Tournament/League admins
  • Promote the upcoming event to help increase the number of entered players
  • Announcing Winners once reviewed by CEO

 

Requirements

  • Experience in the Tournaments/League Manager position role.
  • Excellent social media channel skills, good at writing tournament related content
  • Must be located in USA
  • Able to use Battlefy or Challonge (or similar software) and great knowledge managing brackets in tournaments
  • Must be available for an entire event
  • Building a “Admins” team will help you work more
